you will need to fill our intake forms.
You can download them from our web site or fill
them out when you come for your first visit.
If you do not know how to get to our physical
therapy clinics, go to our locations page and
pull up directions to the facility you will be
receiving your physical therapy. We will
verify your insurance before you come to us, explain
your physical therapy benefits and assist you
if need our assistance during the reimbursement
process. However, we cannot guarantee how your
insurance company will reimburse us so make sure
you understand your insurance policy.
Body Pros Physical Therapy accepts Medicare, private insurance, workers' compensation,
auto accident medical coverage, and attorney liens.
Your physical therapist is a participating provider
with almost all insurance plans that are in the Georgia market. Please
review our insurance page to see if we accept
your insurance plan.
